As example we provide GL45 Bottle Cap with 2,5 MPa manometer and gas needle valve.
This cap was designed for our internal purposes like hydrogenations and preassure photochemistry.
Cap pressure rating – 1 MPa. Materials used – SS316 and SS304, thermosilicone (140 deg. C.).
Manometer has brass thread, but it can be changed to one with stainless steel.
Also we can manufacture joint-thread adapters (joint 60 to GL45 thread for example)
It allows you to use our caps with standard flasks and avoid using fragile glass attachments.
